Bianca Shaw is an innovative Executive Consultant, strategist, and equity advocate with more than 16 years of leadership experience spanning non-profit organizations, state and local governance, and national campaigns. She currently serves as President of the Wisconsin Women’s Network and as Cross-State Senior Campaign Manager for All Voting is Local, where she advances strategies to protect democracy and expand access to the ballot across eight key states (AZ, FL, GA, MI, NV, OH, PA, WI).Her career has included service as a political appointee at the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, where she directed the Office of Urban Development and oversaw equitable childcare initiatives distributing more than $2.2 million in funds. She has also led workforce and economic development efforts through the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, and advised on state policy as a legislative aide.Adept at convening diverse coalitions and designing advocacy strategies, Bianca has managed programs at the intersection of social services, economic mobility, and voting rights. Her mission is to help individuals move from poverty into stability while ensuring historically marginalized communities are not left out of the democratic process.Guided by equity, collaboration, and a vision for thriving communities, Bianca continues to shape policies and campaigns that transform systems and expand opportunities for all.

   As Wisconsin State Director for Common Cause Wisconsin, I provide overall strategic, programmatic, and operational leadership for the organization in the state. I oversee a statewide team and budget, set campaign and advocacy priorities, and align our work with national democracy goals. I lead legislative and lobbying strategy on voting access, election administration, redistricting, and government accountability while cultivating high-impact partnerships with community organizations, funders, and coalition leaders. I also serve as the primary public voice for Common Cause Wisconsin, representing the organization in the media, with policymakers, and in communities across the state to ensure that historically marginalized communities are centered in our democracy.
