A first-generation Haitian-American from Queens, NY with an active bar membership in Pennsylvania and New Mexico. Dedicated to serving the community and customer satisfaction, I embarked on a tumultuous legal journey that has equipped me with the grit needed to adapt to any environment.    As a bodily injury adjuster, I evaluate and investigate auto insurance claims with bodily injury. I analyze policy language to determine coverage for the claim. In a process that is daunting for most, I mitigate customers\' expectations during a difficult period in their lives. I also negotiate settlements with customers who are unrepresented while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout.
