EposNow is a B2B global company now expanding to offer a bank account integrated with the POS system for small and medium businesses (SMBs). Projects: • Launch of our first mobile app for a financial bank account; • New development workflow based on Agile Methodologies and Kanban. Key-achievements: • Create a new development framework with the engineering team using Agile methodologies to provide predictability of deliverables back to the business; • Influence end-to-end customer experience by learning and continuously promoting customer feedback to the internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Understand the markets and competitors landscape in which our product operates, identifying product gaps and opportunities; • Define and track key performance metrics, driving decision-making through user insights and quantitative analysis, measuring the impact of delivered product improvements; • Launch new products and features into the market through successful planning and execution ensuring customer adoption growth over time; • Collaborate with the project team to ensure product delivery met high quality and committed delivery dates; • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities; • Work closely with cross-functional teams from engineering, data science, design, marketing, finance, legal and more; • Actively participate and lead relevant agile ceremonies ensuring availability for the product team to answer questions and provide mentorship; • Manage a product with geographically diverse stakeholders and a variety of business customers.
