ABOUT BIANCA MOBLEY

As a Clinical Research Educator at the HCA Healthcare Research Institute, I bring a wealth of experience in operations management, peer mentoring, and research project management to support clinical research initiatives. With over a decade of experience as a clinical research coordinator and certification as an ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC®), my focus remains on fostering operational excellence and streamlining processes for effective research implementation. By combining strategic insights with practical applications, I contribute to organizational objectives while promoting education and continuous improvement within our research community.With a strong foundation in biomedical sciences and 10+ years of experience coordinating clinical trials at the site level, as a Clinical Research Educator for a Site Management Organization (SMO), I enjoy collaborating with teams to address the many challenges one encounters while trying to execute and operationalize complex clinical trials. As a Site and Patient Advocate, I am committed to mentoring peers, managing complex projects, and enhancing the quality of clinical research operations because I consider it a privilege to be able to play a part in contributing to advancing medicine and improving patient care.
