As a Business Entrepreneurship student with a one-year placement experience in Talent Development at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. My goal is to guide employees in leveraging resources to support their progress, achieve their career aspirations, and foster both individual and professional growth.My experience overseeing the Global Mentoring Program and delivering live sessions for onboarding has deepened my knowledge of Global Talent Management operations and our talent philosophy and processes. Over the course of the year, I honed my skills in data extraction, analytics, and visualization through various research projects and fulfilling data requests for the broader business. Planning Lunch & Learn events has also enhanced my time management skills and overall understanding of business acumen.
