I am passionate about the intersection of HR and mental health and believe in proactive, people-first strategies that drive both individual and organizational success. With over a decade of HR expertise across diverse industries, I provide strategic leadership to global teams and support initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement. I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and empathetic leadership, particularly in employee relations, policy development, and compliance. My volunteer experience in crisis intervention and hospice informs my trauma-informed approach to HR, enabling me to navigate complex employee relations, de-escalate conflict, and support employees through life’s challenges. Well-versed in Canadian and U.S. employment laws at the federal, provincial/state, and local levels, I help organizations build psychologically safe, legally sound, and thriving workplaces.
