Analyze the current business and Technology environments to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement\\\\n• Foster a quality centric environment and introduce tools to optimize architecture processes to meet/exceed stakeholder requirements\\\\n• Influence senior management to champion process improvements and establish ownership of action plans at the appropriate point within the organization\\\\n• Responsible for the design, implementation, operations, monitoring and support of the company’s OT environment consisting of Industrial networks, systems / hardware, applications etc. across all our manufacturing plants\\\\n• Working with the Organizations departments, and closely aligning with Automation/ Manufacturing Executions / Operations teams etc, to align to business priorities.\\\\n• Sound knowledge of converged Plant wide Ethernet (CPwE), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). OT architecture planning, Security, Proposal and Vendor finalization and implementation in an industrial environment. Industrial security & operational standards such as IEC-62443, OPC, and ISA & IACS.\\\\n• Experience in setup shop floor OT infrastructure and management with respect to Device configurations, Specifications, Asset Management, Software License management, Asset life cycle etc\\\\n• Evaluate and help building security system standard and controls for OT systems.\\\\n• Defined, Implemented and reviewed OT system security controls in manufacturing sites for Datwyler.\\\\n• Supports the design of security protection in Industrial Controls Systems environments across all of Novartis divisions.\\\\n• Help developing security roadmap for controls deployments in OT in accordance with risk posture\\\\n• Review of architectural standards and control requirements for OT Systems.\\\\n• Monitor and Support adherence to information security, risk and compliance requirements.\\\\n• Help securing Industrial Control Systems, PLC, SCADA, DCS.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
