I\'m a product and operations leader who grew up in code — and now runs a 30-person SaaS org.Over 6 years at Tecnospice Technologies, I progressed from Senior Software Developer to Group Product Manager & Head of Operations by consistently owning outcomes end-to-end: building products from scratch, re-architecting infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business strategy.What I do today: As Group Product Manager & Head of Operations, I own P&L, product strategy, engineering execution, and sales operations across 5 B2B SaaS products serving Healthcare IT, HR Technology, CRM, and IT Service Management. I lead a 30-member cross-functional team across product, engineering, QA, UI/UX, sales, and client success.What I\'ve built: → Transformed EmedHub from a single-tenant application into an enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS — independently re-architected the entire infrastructure with zero downtime, added teleconsultation, ABHA integration, and AI-powered medical imaging. → Built Hrzyra (HRMS) from scratch — payroll, attendance, biometric integrations, and employee lifecycle. Identified the market gap, proposed it, delivered it, and earned promotion to Group Product Manager. → Built an AI voice-agent CRM that automated lead follow-ups and transformed sales pipeline visibility. → Replaced third-party project tracking with an internal ticketing tool that grew into a standalone product.How I think: I sit at the intersection of builder and operator. My technical foundation (Python, Django, AWS, multi-tenant architecture, AI integration) means I can design the product and ship it. My operational scope (P&L, GTM, sales operations, org scaling) means I can turn that product into a business.
