Responsible for resolving disputes in accordance with card network policy and regulations. Maintain cardholder\'s personal information like card number and PII information’s. Working for merchant side to fight the dispute against the cardholder to prove the transaction is valid which is made by customer. Working the disputes based on deadlines fixed by the processor. Verify the supporting documents provided by card holder against the available Point of Sales documentations. Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity. Contact the merchant for some clarification via email about the dispute and request document to fight the disputes
