I work remotely with early stage startups across India, researching government sustainability subsidies, identifying which ones they are actually eligible for, and building structured business cases to present directly to senior leadership- I manage logistics coordination across remote Himalayan supply routes, working directly with local vendors to cut through transport bottlenecks and make sure critical materials got where they needed to go on time- I track and maintain operational data across multiple projects, keeping everything structured and visible so the team can make informed decisions quickly- Every project sits at the intersection of supply chain thinking and real world impact. Working in resource constrained and remote environments has pushed me to think practically about how logistics decisions affect people on the ground, not just processes on paper.
