   As Program Manager, I have 4 key areas of responsibilities: • Program Management: This includes Membership Program Management and Research Project Management. Ideating, structuring, and executing key events, such as annual Mobility Vision Day, Roundtable meetings & member workshops. All this is in coordination with various MIT offices and teams to help run, manage, and grow the initiative. •Strategy & Business development: Identifying potential new members, new research projects, grants and partnership opportunities and helping in converting leads. Leading the development & execution of an external communications strategy to help build and strengthen the Mobility Initiative brand. • Relationship management: Engaging with and strengthening relationships with existing members through regular meetings, stakeholder management within and outside MIT, and the provision of updates & opportunities. • Research and education: Engaging in Initiative research projects in both leading and supporting roles and supporting new courses such as Mobility Ventures.
