About Shashank Bhute
I’m an Electrical & Mechatronics Engineering student and Siemens Scholar with hands-on experience in R&D, quality systems, automation, relay testing, PLC logic, and embedded technologies. My internships at C&S Electric (A Siemens Company) and NuVvaGen Bioscience have given me real-world exposure to tolerance analysis, defect reduction, SOP creation, inventory optimization, and data-driven improvement projects.I’ve worked with PLC programming, sensor-based systems, Solid Edge CAD, MATLAB, Arduino, IoT modules, relay testing, and quality tools (DFMEA, DVP) across multiple engineering projects. I also led technical development in SAE competitions, securing AIR 2 nationally for our ADAS-enabled hybrid tricycle and completing applied engineering projects in vehicle safety, accident alert devices, and multi-sensor detection systems, applying these tools across multiple engineering and manufacturing projects.
