1) To convert the problem statement into FEA model and results into solution.2) Plan the tasks as per the priority and work towards delivering the results at the committed timeline.3) Structural Analysis of the Chassis, Engine Mounting Brackets, Canopy and other Structural parts on Construction equipment like Vibratory Compactors, Tractor Loader Backhoe(TLB), Grader, Telehandler.4) Analyzing the components using FEA techniques and correlating the results with Physical validation.5) Analyzing the Weld Joints and evaluating the fatigue life as per BS 7608. Changing the weld class if needed to increase the Fatigue life of the weld.6) Analyzing the Bolted joints for strength and loosening evaluation.7) Analyzing the components and assemblies as per the ISO standard (ISO 21507- Plastic Fuel Tank, ISO 3471- ROPS, ISO 2867- Access Systems) according to the requirements stated in the standard.8) Work to resolve the Current Product Issues (simulate field failures)9) Optimize the current products to reduce the weight resulting in the cost reduction of machine.10) Generate the reports and present it to stakeholders, suggesting the modifications in the design if needed.
