My experience stretches across not only Florida but also in other states, as well as abroad. Projects include Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Owners representation in writing Design Criteria/RFP or continuing General Services Contracts. I have served as Project Manager, Structural EOR and Task Lead in providing design services, QC review, all aspects of Project Pursuits as well as budget forecasting and management on major transportation projects. My technical expertise ranges across the design of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel plate and box girder bridges as well as miscellaneous transportation structures such as Retaining walls, seawalls and bulkheads, overhead sign structures, mast arms, and box culverts. I have also provided construction services which includes analysis of existing concrete and steel bridges and the design of temporary structures.
