I manage physical security using biometric access, CCTV surveillance, and RBAC policies while overseeing structured cabling (Cat6/7 and fiber), patch panels, and redundancy. I proactively monitor environmental conditions like temperature and humidity and operate advanced cooling systems (CRAC, in-row). I handle power distribution and backup systems (PDUs, UPS, generators) to ensure uninterrupted uptime. Additionally, I utilize CMDB tools for asset and configuration management, maintain detailed documentation, and use ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow for incident tracking and change management. My work ensures high availability, compliance, and operational excellence across all data center functions.
