SRE-SiteOps @PhonePe || Data Centre Operations || Technical Support || I have seasoned Data Center Engineer with 4+ years of experience in managing and maintaining complex server environments.I am working at PhonePe for the past one and half years as Datacenter Engineer | SRE. Handling Direct Contact Liquid Cooled (DCLC) and Liquid Immersion Cooling (LIC)servers. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks managed through our ticketing system. This includes Break-fix/ Hardware replacement tasks, where I diagnose issues and replace the necessary hardware to resolve them. In addition, I assist with various Deployment Tasks, such as receiving racks, Servers and integrating them into our inventory/assets system. I also manage tasks in our queue to help our customers, which involves installing new gear for our customers and ensuring these devices are properly integrated into production as quickly as possible. Train new hires in Break-fix/Deployment tasks and working with other work applications. Responding to emails and Teams chats, working with our CE team on power/electrical / servers maintenances/ energizations and help to escort other members. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a passion for technology. I am always eager to learn new things and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the industry. I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of any organization.
