I am a Lead – Training & Development professional with a strong foundation in Human Resource Management. Passionate about building capabilities, bridging skill gaps, and enabling continuous learning within organizations. With hands-on experience across Training & Development, HR Operations, and Project Management, I bring a strategic and people-focused approach to employee development that drives engagement, retention, and business performance. My core expertise lies in training needs analysis (TNA), competency mapping, leadership and soft skills development, learning program design, and performance coaching. I\'m certificate Auditor of IATF 16•••••16 and Training & Development, I possess strong domain knowledge in end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management systems (PMS), KRA & KPI structuring, MIS, documentation, and statutory compliance. I have also been actively involved in employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, event organization, audits, government and CSR project handling, and continuous improvement practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.Throughout my career, I have held both executive and managerial roles, which have shaped me into a calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented professional. I believe in continuous self-improvement and lifelong learning, and I consistently focus on making thoughtful, high-quality decisions—especially during challenging situations. Teaching, mentoring, and enabling others to grow are strengths that define my professional identity.Teaching has always been close to my heart. I began my career as a teacher, and over the years, I have received multiple awards and recognitions from colleges and training institutes for my contribution to learning and development. This early experience continues to influence my facilitation style, presentation skills, and learner-centric approach.One of the most defining experiences of my career was my first role in 2015 with IL & FS Skills Development Corporation Limited, where I worked on a CSR project. That journey provided invaluable exposure, lifelong professional relationships, and several appraisals and appreciation awards for performance excellence.Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to hill stations and playing cricket. I am a right-hand batsman and fast bowler and have participated in multiple tournaments during my school, college, and professional life—experiences that have strengthened my teamwork and leadership abilities.
