   Situation: As a Design Manager in a dynamic consultancy environment, I am responsible for leading design teams, managing complex client projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered digital experiences.Task: My core objectives were to foster a collaborative and creative team environment, effectively manage project lifecycles from conception to delivery, translate client visions into tangible design solutions (user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes), and contribute to strategic business discussions to align design with client objectives.Action: I actively promoted open communication and diverse perspectives within design teams, fostering a culture of cooperation and creative thinking. I engaged directly with clients and stakeholders to understand product visions, conducted in-depth user research, and led brainstorming sessions. I then translated these insights into comprehensive design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
