   Engineering head (India) for Enterprise Risk Management. Team Size - 110I am responsible for managing the delivery of five risk applications (RRP,RiskID,BCBS-239,Risk Appetite and Global Stress Testing ) with the team in Pune.RRP: This application is responsible for fulfilling requirements to construct credible Living Will, which describes how to avoid failure in crises (‘Recovery’) and provide information on how to mitigate the systematic impact in the event of insolvency (‘Resolution’). RRP is a strategic tool for Risk Living Wills, developed to perform RRP calculation and generate regulatory reports. It centrally gathers and provides information required for Recovery and Resolution planning.RiskID: This is a collaborative workflow application for storing, analyzing & maintaining risk assessment in a controlled production environment providing controls and security. The purpose of this application is to streamline the risk identification process, a process managed by the ERT team to identify the material risks within a specific legal entity. This application provides information about the risk identification process along with risk assessors from 1st line of defense (Business Segments) and 2nd line of defense (Risk Type Owner), who identify and access the risk. We follow Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practice for development & DevOps for delivery.Currently leading application migration to Google Cloud Platform.
