Sperm preparation using swim-up and density gradient methods as per laboratory protocols. Cryopreservation and thawing of semen samples as per clinical requirements. Clinical coordination and procedural support related to male infertility evaluation and ART procedures. Oocyte retrieval, conventional IVF insemination, and ICSI using Narishige™ and RI Integra™ micromanipulators. Embryo culture, assessment, and grading (2PN, Day-3, Day-5), blastocyst culture, and coordination of embryo transfer procedures. Trophectoderm (TE) Biopsy – Day-5/6 Blastocyst Vitrification and warming of embryos using KITAZATO / CRYOTECH protocols. Independent handling of complex IVF/ICSI cases with appropriate clinical and laboratory decision-making. Overall management of IVF laboratory operations at the centre level. Development, implementation, and periodic revision of IVF laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs). Quality control (QC/QA), internal audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
