I use employee feedback and HR metrics to design targeted retention programs that address turnover and improve long-term employee commitment.Succession Planning & Career Development: Involved in succession planning efforts for key roles within the manufacturing function, identifying high-potential employees and developing individualized career development plans to ensure leadership continuity and business sustainability.HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize HR practices within the manufacturing function. I provide regular reports and insights on key HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, and use data to recommend targeted interventions for improving overall workforce performance.
