Delivery Partner Engagement: Creating an environment for seamless communication between Zomato and the fleet by taking ownership of the following-i) Cascading information to delivery partners for important updates. Simultaneously cascading on-ground delivery partner sentiment & challenges to Area Leads & City Heads.ii) Driving delivery partner engagement through various activities to minimize voluntary attrition and to maintain healthy levels of logins within the assigned locality. Conducting field/classroom training for delivery partners on best practices and SOPs to ensure a seamless delivery experience.iv) Re-engaging inactive driverse. Conflict Management - Hands-on experience with on-ground conflict resolution, strike management, resolving any issues/concerns/agitation raised by delivery partners. Liaising with local administrative bodies in the event of any exigency.f. Metrics- Focusing on metrics like Util, Silent Loss, Availability, Login Hours, BAO, ADT, KPT, EPH along with other key metrics that would impact the customer and restaurant partner delivery experience.
