About Bhupender Kaushal

I am a Cotutelle PhD student at NTNU, Norway and NIT Calicut. My primary research focuses on developing novel Self-Supervised algorithms in medical imaging, especially in processing the coronary data. I work on the intersection of model architecture development and their mechanics while deployment. Said that, I do work on the model’s interpretability and their uncertainty. I would describe myself as a keen tech savvy person, I do learn the deep learning models contemporary to the technology and in more technical and economical sense rather being on paper. I love exploring the models in a greater perspective and their applicability. I do love new tech, be it a handheld device or a car or a deep learning model. I love them all. I love being a value based person, who follows his dharma until the last effort put. Said that, I do love reading scriptures and understand their true meaning and their implications with a non-dualistic alignment.
