I started my career covering startups, SaaS, and venture capital at The CapTable, The Ken, and Inc42. For eight years, I analysed how companies built products and scaled — and the trade-offs behind those decisions.I chose to move from analysing those trade-offs to working inside them.Today, I work on a B2B SaaS platform used by 600+ companies, focused on equity management and financial workflows. My role sits between product, engineering, and customer lifecycle — shaping how reporting, instrument logic, and lifecycle processes behave as the system grows.Over the past two years, I’ve been closely involved in roadmap development and feature delivery, contributing 200+ product items (with 100+ shipped) across financial instruments, reporting systems, and onboarding workflows. I work directly with engineering on requirements, edge cases, and trade-offs where speed and correctness often pull in different directions.Much of my contribution has been in strengthening how the product handles complexity — reducing manual friction, clarifying logic, and increasing predictability in how the system operates at scale.
