As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, I leverage my PMP and Scrum Product Owner certifications, as well as my extensive technical and leadership expertise, to manage cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams for end-to-end deliveries from inception to delivery. I have over eight years of experience in program and project management across domains such as telecom, education technology, and government finance.I am passionate and enthusiastic about delivering the best possible products and services to customers within the given time, resources, and budget constraints. I excel at balancing the business needs with technical needs, and building and developing customer relationship capabilities. I have a strong technical base in Java/J2EE technologies, database, data platform migration, cloud migration, and web application development. Currently, working with Microsoft UK, London as Senior Technical Program Manager with Azure for Operator (A4O) team, building a new security product for Telco. Previously I have managed the data integration for a joint venture between two large telecom companies in the UK, including migration to Google Cloud Platform. I also delivered a data platform upgrade program over a period of two years, which involved multiple data platform upgrade projects such as Netezza, Abinito, Hadoop, Oracle, etc. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to apply them to solve complex problems and create value for the customers and the organization. I am also passionate about a healthy lifestyle based on yoga and whole grain foods.

   Leading a team to develop a product at Azure for operators (A4O), using a new analytics servicewhich delivers insights for variety of use cases, aimed at telco network operators as a replacement for their existing threat detection platforms or solutions.• Enabling strategic vision for the product as ‘north star’ and prioritizing feature sets for the short term to align with the lighthouse customer’s requirements and expectations based on their roadmap, as charted by sales and product teams.• Driving innovation to build a solution that can scale to Petabyte size traffic analysis in a costefficient manner using AI/ML models trained to detect anomalies and detect cyber security threats by partnering with Product, Software Engineering (SWE) and Data Scientist (DS) teams.• Collaborating with internal and external teams to come up with a solution using a multi-pronged approach - greenfield development, collaborating with a lighthouse customer to develop the Microsoft SecOps SKU, exploring internal Microsoft products and solutions such as Defender, Sentinel, etc. that can be leveraged and built upon and marketed as a telco specific solution.• Working with Microsoft internal audit teams for new product launch and Microsoft legal team to complete privacy reviews, EA agreements, Contracts, terms of use with the customer.• Responsible for the PoC planning, scheduling, delivery, resolving the roadblocks - working with Product, Engineering, Account, and other teams to align requirements for timely delivery.
