Hi, I’m Bhumika Shandilya! I’m a UX/product designer with nearly 6 years of experience, passionate about crafting digital experiences that truly resonate. I love turning innovative ideas into user-friendly designs that make a real impact.In my last role, I led UX design at Farragut Systems Inc. in North Carolina, where I worked on enhancing the B2B Enterprise software for complex state-wide government property tax solutions. My goal has always been to make users\' journeys as smooth as possible, with a target success rate of 90% through user testing and close collaboration with developers.My experience spans beyond just design. I’ve worked on everything from logos and prototypes to brand identity and user behavior, always with a focus on design thinking.I hold a Master’s in User Experience and Interaction Design from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. My background helps me blend analytical and creative skills effectively.
