Strong educational background-PhD (Material Science & Engg), MBA (Marketing), BE (Industrial Electronics). Fifteen years of Micron experience: currently leading Boise DRAM DEG PE Alignment team since last 3 years One year experience in DRAM CXL PE as Product Lead; 3 years as 3DXP Product Engineering X200 Storage Product Lead; 6 years as Process Integration Engineer (PI) in 3DXP; and 2 years as PI Engineer in Solar R&D. In addition, five years of hands-on engineering and R&D experience in c-Si and a-Si PV/solar technology. Expertise in design, fabrication, and characterization of Si solar cells. 48 US patents issued and 20 filed. Excellent execution skills, ability to lead and direct teams to meet objectives.
