ABOUT BHUKYA SAI NAGENDRA

As a Product Manager at Ford, I define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a set of three Delivery-as-a-Service (DaaS) products, namely the Digital TMS Platform, the Driver App, and the Shipper App. I conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to understand the scope and potential of the DaaS industry in the USA. I also develop comprehensive BRDs, PRDs, and user stories for multiple product initiatives, and measure the success and impact of the products using KPIs and data analysis. I successfully launched the MVP to an internal client, and I am currently developing the BETA as an open marketplace in the logistics of auto parts segment. I have a PGP in General Management from IIM Indore, where I honed my skills in problem solving, product life cycle, and product road mapping. I also have 3.5 years of overall corporate hands-on expertise, including working as a Senior Business Analyst at Cognizant, where I handled the food and drinks vertical for product improvisation and accuracy enhancement for the world\'s largest search engine company client. I also interned at HT Media Ltd, where I designed a microsite strategy for HT Media\'s business microsite. I am passionate about leveraging technology to optimize delivery operations, and I thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation and agility are key. I love playing and watching cricket in my spare time.
