I’m a Business Support Coordinator with over 25 years of experience keeping organisations running smoothly, from executive assistance and project coordination to customer service and operations. Throughout my career, I’ve supported senior leaders across multiple industries, managing projects, events, and reports that help turn strategy into measurable results.My strengths span office administration, sales and delivery coordination, project and event management, and building strong customer relationships. I take pride in creating structure out of chaos, anticipating needs before they arise, and ensuring every detail aligns with the bigger business goals.I’m passionate about helping small businesses thrive by taking care of their operational and administrative challenges so they can focus on growth. Creativity and innovation play a big part in how I work, whether it’s improving a process, designing a better workflow, or finding smarter ways to connect teams and clients.Above all, I believe in loyalty, transparency, and relationships built on trust. And while I’m dedicated to my work, my proudest role by far is being a mum to two incredible, almost-grown-up adult kids who keep me grounded and inspired every day.
