Deployed at: Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC)As a Consultant with Palladium, I am entrusted with spearheading strategic transport and infrastructure initiatives under OSRTC, contributing to Odisha’s public mobility transformation: Atal Bus Stand (ABS) Project – Cluster-04:Leading on-ground execution across Angul, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, and Deogarh districts. I manage site selection, coordination with district officials, and construction oversight of modernized bus stands under a framework. Operational Monitoring & Fund Management:Responsible for managing shop lease agreements, implementing parking fee systems, monitoring day-to-day operations, releasing government funds, and ensuring timely submission of Utilization Certificates (UCs). Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Mukhya Mantri Bus Seva:Overseeing SLA adherence and vendor performance to maintain high service delivery standards. I conduct district reviews and implement data-driven decisions for route optimization. Site Supervision & SOP Implementation:Ensuring design compliance, safety protocols, and SOPs for newly constructed bus stands. I also engage facility management service (FMS) agencies and lead their training, inspection, and salary disbursement processes.🧠 MIS & Analytics Integration:Leveraging data analytics to track transportation metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve service quality. Supporting OSRTC in building scalable MIS frameworks for reporting and governance.
