Three decades in the valve industry have taught me one enduring truth: relationships outlast transactions, and engineering excellence only matters when it solves real problems in the field.I currently serve as Managing Director of MAGWEN Valves in both Germany and India, leading a cross-border organisation rooted in German engineering heritage and strengthened by Indian manufacturing capability. Our focus has always been on complex, safety-critical flow control applications that others consider too difficult or too risky.Over the years, we have expanded our footprint across Europe and Asia by delivering solutions that reduce maintenance, enhance safety, and perform reliably over long operating lifecycles — not by competing on price, but by competing on engineering depth and responsibility.My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, and evolved through hands-on roles in new business development, key account management, and business planning. These disciplines matter to me only when they translate into long-term customer trust and sustainable growth.At MAGWEN, I lead with the RISE philosophy — Resilient, Innovative, Sustainable, and Enduring engineering.
