About Bhoomi Waghela
I am a graduate student pursuing my Masters of Science Degree in Telecommunication System Management at Northeastern University. I worked as a Software Engineering intern at Juniper Networks in Sunnyvale, California as a system test engineer to test Juniper switches and routers and automated BGP add path and multipath related test cases using TOBY framework. Also, analyzed customer use cases, deployments and prepare network diagrams, scaling and base configuration for L3 Unicast – IGPI have 2 years of experience in Juniper Networks India Pvt. Ltd as a Software Testing Engineer. I am passionate about networking and have a modest but relevant experience in the same field. At Juniper, my role was planning, designing, testing and debugging of network and networking components. Manual configuration and testing of networking protocols such as DHCP, L2TP, on the routers. Filing any defects found during the testing of the network system and tracking the defect and taking it to closure.Configure and test the High Availability features such as in Service Software Upgrade, Graceful Routing Engine switchover. Manual configurations and automation using the scripting language ‘Perl’ on a need basis only.Scaling and Performance testing of various Line Cards of Juniper MX Platform.My aim is to envisage corporate goals and achieve them within the framework of corporate vision, culture, and ethics thereby proving to be a successful network professional. I set high standards for myself and I have a flair for learning new things and persistence in problem-solving. I strongly believe that with my technical skills, analytical and logical ability, determination, dedication, commitment and diligent efforts, I can prove to be an asset to any organization.
