If we don\'t change, we don\'t grow. If we don\'t grow, we aren\'t really living the life🤘. From being a successful engineer in Electronics and Communications, I followed my hobby of teaching mathematics to grade 10, 11 and 12 students to excel in their career. My philosophies as a teacher- Simplify complex principles into simple logical manner to make students to understand the practical use of maths- Learning is more important than getting marks- There are always creatives ways in mathematic formulas rather than Mugging up- The more you teach, the more you learn- Seeing students successful gives more happiness than being successful- A teacher is a life long student. The second phase of change happened when i tried to adventure into the totally new field of Information and Technologywith my transferable skills. Started as an intern and getting certificates course done in IT field has allowed me to pave my ways in IT and corporate domain. From being an intern to be a successful Senior QA engineer, the journey was with thrill, learning with Manual Testing, Automation Testing using JAVA, Web Testing, API testing, SQL, Agile methodology in JIRA and much more. Is change in life difficult? Yes it is but in the initials days only, after that it is an achievement to celebrate and experience to cherish forever in life. My formulas to adopt change in life - Unlearn what you know - Start from scratch - Never allow your previous knowledge to interfere in current learning - Knowledge is every where, try to learn from observation and connecting the dots to make the change - The things challenge you the most, changes you the best- Change is difficult but worth to enjoy in future by looking at the past situation. The recent change in the life where i changed the country and landed my self to canada from India to challenge my self and learn in new environment. I believe in helping and learning from each other.
