His career began in power generation—leading manufacturing, service, and digital businesses supporting gas, steam, and nuclear fleets—and has since expanded into energy distribution and grid reliability, giving him a system-level perspective across the power value chain.Prior to Eaton, Amogh held senior leadership roles at Siemens and Siemens Energy across the U.S, Europe, and Asia, with responsibility for regional growth, global digital solutions, and multi-country portfolios. He has driven profitable growth, led operational turnarounds in volatile markets, and built new revenue streams through disciplined execution, safety, and operational excellence.Known for steady leadership in complex environments, Amogh combines hands-on engagement with trust and empowerment—setting clear direction while building strong teams that own results.
