About Brandon Holly-Overton
I am currently the managing editor for Android Central, where I work under the pen name Derrek Lee. I oversee our editorial content as it pertains to the Android ecosystem, mobile technology, and the broader consumer electronics industry. I\'ve always had a strong passion for mobile technology, moving from Symbian (Nokia) to Windows Phone and eventually to Android. I am familiar with a variety of mobile operating systems, manufacturers, and trends, and I have attended a number of trade shows, including Mobile World Congress, Viva Tech, and IFA. Aside from my work in journalism, I am also a videographer by hobby, and I enjoy shooting and editing videos for myself or others. As such, I am currently spearheading the new video strategy at Android Central to translate this into my work and help boost our social media presence.
