In my current role as Central Site Planner at EPIROC MINING INDIA LIMITED, I have been leading a team of 20 engineers and 50 artisans to increase the efficiency and reliability of underground drilling rigs such as Boomer S1D, 282, Simba E7C, Diamec PHC4, Smart 6M, MT436B, ST1030. I have been responsible for planning the flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions by using BPCS software. I have ensured that all work done is invoiced in accordance with the service contract and company rules. Additionally, I have established and maintained relationships with service operations to ensure a focused effort on the elimination of failure and the extension of machine life. I have completed TL 1 and TL 2 Certificate Program Courses in Electrical, Hydraulic, MRS Service Operation Training, RCS, UG DCS - B282, and Customer Communication Skills. Overall, my experience in various Mechanical fields such as Coal Mine Continuous Miner Machinery, Underground Hard Rock Drill Rig, HEMM Equipment Maintenance, Parts Planning, Inventory Management, Maintenance Forecasting, and Long-Term Planning, combined with my creative problem-solving skills, make me a valuable addition to any organization. My focus on preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and targeting the breakdown trends to implement preventive measures for better reliability have resulted in increased MTBF to 30% and achieved overall availability above 90% in most rigs.
