About Bryant Lee
I\'m a Senior Director in Release Management at Salesforce. Our mission is to deploy change rapidly to our customers without impact to their business. Trust is the #1 value for the company and part of my role is to act as the voice of our users and socialize their pain points to our engineering teams and drive initiatives and processes that allow our teams to deploy change in agile manner, but does not sacrifice quality.I\'m also an experienced Program/Project Manager. I have managed multiple multi-million dollar enterprise projects from project start to close. These have ranged from software only to hardware appliances to building a better front-end experience for our storage administrators both from the software and user-experience design perspective. I am PMI and Stanford certified and have experience in running both Waterfall and Agile programs. I also have experience working with remote and global teams (Germany, UK, China, Romania, Singapore). My core specialities are Project and Program Management for enterprise hardware and software, customer facing applications, and design. I also have experience in line management where I\'ve managed teams with up to 25 direct reports. When I\'m not working, I am typically playing video games, playing recreational ice hockey, or being an avid Bay Area sports fan.
