I am a certified Project Manager with 21 years developing teams, coaching organizational change, with a focus on talent development through instructional design and learning. I have key experience in data analytics skills and SAP/ERP/integrated workplace management systems, real estate, program/project management, and knowledge of various IT platforms within the DoD. I enhance the vision and mission of the company by investing in a company’s most critical resource, it\'s people. As an Instructional Designer & Facilitator, I have built core curriculums, lesson plans, and instructed 16K professionals throughout my career.
