As the CEO and founder of Cima Growth Solutions, I’ve dedicated my career to advancing fertility and regenerative medicine, helping clinics grow through our bespoke AI system. At Cima, we empower healthcare providers by automating lead acquisition, nurturing patient relationships, and streamlining the patient journey, allowing clinics to focus on delivering transformative care.My career has taken me across every continent, where I’ve led global teams, launched pioneering advancements, and shared my expertise at international conferences. A key highlight was launching the world’s first non-invasive PGT-A, a breakthrough that has redefined fertility care and continues to impact patient outcomes worldwide.I hold an Executive MBA in International Business and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication, which have equipped me to lead with both strategic insight and a passion for impactful growth. I’m also a dedicated language learner, fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, conversational in Mandarin, and currently learning Arabic with the goal of mastering ten languages.Outside of work, I’m an avid biohacker, constantly exploring ways to optimize health and performance. Adventure is a core part of my life – from rock and ice climbing to traveling the world.
