ABOUT BHEEMESWARA REDDY

My name is Mr. V. Bheemeswara Reddy and I was born on 24••••80 at a rural place in Andhra Pradesh. I studied My schooling at my native, did my under graduation and graduation in Ananthapur, Andhra Pradesh. I did my Master of Business Administration at Sri Krishnadevaraya Institute of Management in Finance Specialization, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapur. I am pursuing PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University in the field of Finance.I worked in an industry for two years as a Finance executive. In the year 2009 I joined in Sri Sairam College of Engineering, Anekal, Bengaluru as an Assistant Professor in Master of Business Administration. Since 2012, I am giving my service as HOD MBA and Training & Placement Officer here. As a HOD, I was taking care of department activities like regular classes, Case Studies, Brain Storming Sessions, Ice breaking sessions, Various Debates, Projects, Documentation, Mentoring the students and etc.I organized two National seminars under my leadership. I taught various finance subjects like Risk management, Management Accounting & cost Management, Accounting for managers, Financial management, Advanced Financial management, Security analysis and portfolio management, Merchant Banking and financial Services, Human Resources management, Training & Development and etc. Produced 100% results various times. I handled & evaluated many projects as internal as well as external examiner. I guided more than 200 students for their academic projects. VTU recognized my service and selected as BOE member for VTU in the year 2015-16 and 20•••72 times). I worked as a member of panel of paper setter for autonomous college like MS Ramaiah, New Horizon College of Engineering and etc. I was chaired & judged for many conferences, Fests and seminars in various colleges. I participated actively in establishment and development of Entrepreneurship Development Cell in Sri Sairam College Engineering. I am a certified auditor in ISO. I published many papers in various International journals. As a Training & Placement Officer my responsibility is to provide quality training and good placement opportunities. Basically I am a trainer in soft skills, so I found good trainers to train the students to get good placements. I organized various campus placements to the students. From past Five years I had given continuously 90% of the placements to the eligible students. Organized companies like TCS, Wipro, ZOHO, IBM, HP, CGI, Sopra Steria, JUSPAY, Kay Jay Forgings, VEE Technologies and etc.
