Involved in Performance Improvement tasks to increase the accuracy and reduce the system response time. Worked on different modules i.e. order capture and modifications, purchase orders and internal return orders. Working on Enhancements and Problems faced in Production. Involved in the implementation of click & collect and collect at store order flows. Provided the solutions on various integrational issues. Participate in requirements gathering discussions with business IT teams and other application teams. Provide design and development estimation of Sterling OMS components based on the business requirements and complexity of work. Execute and document POC activities to understand the behavior of IBM Sterling OMS to fit the business case solution. Preparing Technical Design Document and Root Cause Analysis Documents. Participate in test planning and collaborate with QM Team to ensure that the application is tested and operating as per the business requirements. Troubleshoot and triage issues including missing queues, missing configuration files, and configuring XML stubs for system responses. Given Knowledge sharing sessions to freshers and colleagues.
