Handle end-to-end controllership of foreign subsidiaries (USA, UAE & UK), including accounting, transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance.•Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures; prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports.•Coordinate with Big 6 audit firms for timely statutory audit closure of foreign subsidiaries.•Manage foreign currency translation, inter-company reconciliations, and regular accounting alignment with the parent entity.•Oversee banking, payments, and funds management for subsidiaries.•Validate payroll inputs and manage payroll processing and disbursement for the India entity (>500 employees).•Ensure accurate payroll reconciliation, statutory compliance, remittance, and accounting for the India entity.•Insurance compliance of Fire, Marine, Asset, Employee, General, Director and officers liability.
