Also as an Instructor imparted pre-induction training to CoBRA Commandos in two different training institutes of CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force- the world’s largest paramilitary force) during the year 2014 and 2015 as course SO. Specialized in jungle warfare and survival tactics and effective use of all types of modern & specialized weapons & military equipment. Also I have experiences of various operational encounters in the dense forest of Jharkhand, Odisha & West Bengal against Naxalite Insurgency while serving with CoBRA Unit. I am an effective planner and organizer. My friendly and outgoing nature lets me interact with all the staff members & workers at every level. I am flexible and adaptable in nature and have a good decision making capability and also have pleasing attitude. My success in security field lies in my ability to work as a team player, someone who can go that extra mile, manage all the programs effectively, a penchant for detail and many more.
