About Bhawna Soni

As a Senior User Experience Researcher, I lead and conduct user research projects that inform and inspire the design and development of products and services that cater to the needs and preferences of diverse users from direct customers to partners and merchants. I collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to strategize, define research objectives, plan and execute research methods, analyze and synthesize data, and communicate actionable insights and recommendations. I have a Master of Design (M.Des) in Interaction Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where I learned how to apply human-centered design principles and processes to create engaging and effective digital solutions. I also have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Instrumentation from the J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, where I gained a solid foundation in technical and analytical skills. It\'s still not a stop to grow and learn. I keep experimenting with new ways and pursue different skills which helps me to deepen my understanding of human behavior and cognition and to enhance my user research skills.
