Retrieve all monthly/weekly/quarterly reports and apply the VLOOKUP, excel functionally and Pivots to consolidate them to maintain the record of HC, Update Td. Ops matrix for Globally. Act as SME to handle mail box, Service now, and Jira tickets to handle troubleshooting with the training related queries and provide the solution any new requirement for the business. o Troubleshoot any issue and raise it with CSOD to get the solution of the technical problems (e.g, Latency, technical glitches, functionality problem etc.) and deal with the Cornerstone Product specialist as a “Client” for all the system related. o Attending/Hosting daily/weekly Client calls and providing the projects status.
