Plan, oversee, implement and evaluate all elements of national high performance program by National/KISCE/NCOE athletes. ensure Coach led- Athlete centric development, alongwith Sport development programmes, Organisation Management with Coaches /Sports Science Team/ Adminstrative Management etc. • Overseeing Sports Science Domain operations as well as coordination between Coaches and Sports Science Experts on training and performance issues for athletes. • Working holistically with Sports Science Experts, Coaches and Athletes in Performance monitoring, tracking data and providing detailed analytical information to Coaches and Athletes. • Continuously monitoring new developments and enhancement of knowledge of Coaches and the members of the High Performance Team. • Observe and Manage Athlete Monitoring System (SPEED) & NSRS, guide Coaches, Athletes and Sports Science Experts for optimal utilization. • Observe planning and Periodization plans by Coaches. • Help Chief Coach in distribution of athletes among coaches of concerned disciplines based on weight and age categories etc. • Periodically reviewing of KRAs for sports disciplines at the NCoE. • Support the Regional Director in communication with Head Office and National Sports Federations for support in respect of equipment, manpower requirement or exposure to athletes. • Provision of comprehensive Sports Science support to multidisciplinary individual & team sports. • Formulate the annual testing plan for relevant disciplines. Carry out the biannual Khelo India Protocol Assessment & uploading the data on NSRS portal / AMS. Training the Sports Science team for execution of testing. • Attend to the training at FoP as per requirement of Coaches, briefing of testing protocol to Coaches & Athletes.Interpretation of testing data for further discussion with the Coaches / Director NCSSR / High Performance Directors of specific Sports Disciplines and other stakeholders. • Management of resources & lab of the relevant discipline, upgradation of the equipment in the relevant discipline and help with their procurement. Contribution in applied research for relevant discipline. • Any other duties assigned by Director NCSSR, Regional Head and/or Director General, SAI. Experienced Mental Health Trainer Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in Medical, Organisation behavioural and Sports Industry ( National and International). Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Group Therapy, Clinical Research, Crisis Intervention, and Family Therapy.
