I collaborate with strategic stakeholders—including the Deal Desk, Strategic Partnerships Team, and Account Teams—to ensure legal integrity, operational efficiency, and timely execution of high-impact deals.The role involves:Structuring and advising on global deal frameworks and regulatory compliance.Driving legal workstreams and resolving blockers in strategic transactions.Partnering with the Global Deal Review Team (GDRT) to shape deal governance.Maintaining pipeline visibility to allocate legal resources effectively.Contributing to regional leadership and knowledge-sharing initiatives.I serve as the regional legal contact for India, ensuring localized support while aligning with global priorities.
