In my current role, I manage end-to-end HR operations, focusing on onboarding, HR data management, employee engagement, and exit formalities. My key responsibilities include:Employee Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes—including documentation and induction programs—for DE/Growth and Corporate Studio employees, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.HRMS Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS (Keka), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Employee Data Reporting: Manage the Employee Master File and generate regular reports for the Noida HR team to support Thomson Reuters (TR) and SLB HR processes; handle Full & Final settlements and monthly HR inputs.Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor and track attendance and leave data through the Keka platform, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.Payroll Support: Collect, validate, and submit attendance and Loss of Pay (LOP) data; coordinate timesheet verification and prepare monthly attendance reports (AEM & SLB).HR Helpdesk & Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries via Keka tickets and email, resolving issues with clarity and empathy.Employee Engagement: Drive employee satisfaction by organizing engagement activities and conducting one-on-one feedback sessions.Grievance Handling: Support the resolution of employee concerns by facilitating communication between employees and management.Exit Formalities: Lead the exit process, including conducting interviews, managing clearances, collecting assets, and coordinating system access deactivation.Employee Documentation etc.
