ABOUT BHAWANA MALHOTRA
I am passionate about helping clients make talent and culture a differentiator. My work focuses on board and executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, shaping organization culture. I am a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Global Healthcare Practice and also lead Egon Zehnder’s Global Culture Practice. Having lived and worked in US and Asia, I am well versed with the challenges and opportunities in the East and bring a global view on leadership. Before joining Egon Zehnder, I spent several years at Novartis Pharma US, including helping launch Cosentyx in the US market in rheumatology. I was also head of the Strategic Insights and Analytics for the US Pharma business and spent sometime with Novartis Pharma in Asia. Prior to Novartis, I was with McKinsey & Company in the US helping clients shape and operationalize their strategies. I also helped McKinsey set up its first off-shore support service capabilities in India for Global offices in 1997. I have a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from the Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, India, and an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Operations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I am also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
