ABOUT BHAWANA AGGARWAL

As a BCom graduate from Lakshmibai College Delhi University, I have gained knowledge and skills in various aspects of business administration and management, such as data management, marketing, brand management, and consumer behavior. I have also completed an online course in graphic designing from Internshala, where I learned how to use Canva and other tools and strategies to create engaging and effective visuals. Currently, I am working as an Associate- Talent Acquisition at Future Links, a leading recruitment and staffing company. In this role, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions across different industries. I use my graphic designing and social media marketing skills to create and promote job postings and employer branding campaigns, reaching out to a wide and diverse pool of potential applicants. I also leverage my communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and partners, and to ensure a smooth and satisfactory hiring process. I am motivated by the opportunity to connect people with their dream jobs and to support the growth and success of Future Links and its clients.
